Our capital investments in early-stage startups are intended for everyone
When people think of a startup, they usually imagine a digital app or a web platform. This is because, in our region, the term became widely known thanks to digital giants like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
However, a startup is any company that begins from scratch—on a greenfield—and is founded by someone with an idea they want to bring to life.
It is also completely untrue that a startup needs a massive valuation or "tons" of capital. These are myths that have taken hold, especially among young people, who now expect every startup to be instantly successful and to require millions of euros or dollars to get off the ground.
For example, my latest business idea came to me while driving to Prague on a work trip. It’s a simple platform to help motorists register their vehicles. Entrepreneurs have millions of ideas like this running through their minds every day.
The great thing is—it doesn’t have to be that way. We believe that innovative ideas—not only technological ones, but any ideas that are unique, do not copy what's already been done elsewhere in the world, and are full of creativity—are what matter most.
Innovation drives progress and development in society. Not every innovation needs large investments. That’s why we’ve decided to break away from traditional startup models and focus on early-stage startups—where the entrepreneur has an idea that aims to change the world around us in an innovative way and is also capable of surviving and growing.
We support such ideas with investments of up to €10,000, provided in the form of a convertible loan. One condition for investment is that the founder or founding team must contribute at least 20% of the required capital themselves.
What we offer is not just capital—and this is where we truly differ from other investment firms. Our main contribution includes funding, mentoring, connections with other tech groups—both within Slovakia, across Europe, and beyond.
Our own experience from building and managing companies has proven one key insight: getting capital is not the hardest part—finding the right people to give you advice at critical moments is far more important.
When looking for startups, we focus primarily on young people who are passionate about innovation and capable of seeing their ideas through to completion.
Our founders and partners have extensive experience in founding and managing such companies, and they will be reliable partners for new ventures.
If you have an idea and a desire to build something—don’t hesitate. Fill out our questionnaire and describe as thoroughly as possible what you’re planning. We’ll evaluate your idea, and if it meets our investment criteria, we’ll invite you for an interview.
We are ready to invest capital within 30 days of receiving your request.
